FAQ
The most common questions about buying, redeeming, support and API integration, grouped by topic. The full flow is in the Guide; step-by-step instructions per product are in the buying and redemption guides.
Payment and delivery
Which payment methods are accepted?
Only on-chain USDT and USDC. No credit cards, PayPal or other fiat channels. Registered users can also top up a balance first and pay from it.
I paid but have no code yet?
Blockchain confirmation takes a little time. Stay on the order page and let it refresh; it usually arrives within a few minutes. Instant-delivery products issue the code as soon as payment is confirmed; manual-delivery products are handled by staff shortly after.
The order says expired?
An order expires if it is not paid within 15 minutes. If the payment lands after expiry, reconciliation still delivers the original order; refresh the order page later, or simply order again.
Can I pay straight from an exchange withdrawal?
Yes, as long as the network matches what the payment page asks for and the wallet has no ties to sanctioned entities. See the compliance notice in the Guide.
Codes and activation
What does a code look like and does it expire?
Codes use the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and can be used once. Codes bought through the API have no expiry date, but buy when you need them: upstream policy changes can affect codes left unused for a long time.
The code is reported invalid?
Check that you entered it completely (including hyphens) and that it has not been used already. If it still fails, contact support with the order number.
Redemption failed. Do I have to buy again?
No. For subscription products you can correct the account details on the redemption page and resubmit the same code; the code is not consumed.
Which account receives the benefit?
The account you provided at redemption (the email, Organization ID, username, or the account behind the session). It cannot be changed after activation.
Is it safe to provide a Session JSON?
The session is used only for that activation, encrypted at rest and never reused. Afterwards you can log out all devices in that service's settings to invalidate it. Where a product accepts just a userId (Grok), provide only the userId.
Account requirements per product
What do ChatGPT Go / Plus / Pro require?
Go works only for personal accounts currently on the Free plan; Plus requires the account to be outside any Team workspace; Pro requires an account with no subscription at all. All three carry a 30-day warranty. See the ChatGPT guide.
Where is the Claude Organization ID?
Sign in to claude.ai and open https://claude.ai/settings/account; the Organization ID is a UUID. Before ordering, make sure the account is on Free, has no active subscription and no overdue invoice or refund history. See the Claude guide.
Can a non-US account use the Apple Gift Card?
No. It only works with US-region Apple Accounts. See the Apple Gift Card guide.
Roblox gift card vs Robux code?
The gift card becomes USD account credit you can spend on Robux or Premium; the Robux code adds a fixed number of Robux. Both are redeemed at roblox.com/redeem. See the Roblox guide.
Can a protected X account get Premium?
No. Turn off "Protect your posts" first; you can turn it back on afterwards. The account must also have no active Premium subscription and must not be an official or organization-verified account. See the X Premium guide.
What does Telegram Premium need?
A public Telegram username (@username). You can enter someone else's username to gift it. See the Telegram Premium guide.
Guest orders and accounts
Can I buy without an account?
Yes. Guest orders use the Lv1 retail price, are limited to 5 units per order, and the code is only viewable in the browser that placed the order. Save the private link shown on the order page.
I lost the guest order's private link?
If the browser data is still there, open the site again and the order will show. An order whose link is lost after the browser data was cleared cannot be recovered. Registering keeps orders permanently in My Orders.
How are levels calculated?
Level score = cumulative spending + current balance. Reaching 100, 500, 2,000 and 10,000 USD moves you to Lv2 to Lv5, never downgraded. Each product has a fixed price per level, identical on the web and the API. Topping up raises the level.
Refunds and support
When can I get a refund?
Unpaid orders expire free of charge; paid but undelivered orders can be cancelled for a full refund; delivered codes are replaced or refunded only when the code is invalid or stops working within the warranty. Full rules in the Refund Policy.
Where is the refund paid?
Registered users are refunded to their account balance by default, usable immediately. To receive funds on-chain, provide a receiving address; the network fee is deducted. Refunds are usually completed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.
How do I contact support?
Telegram @aibulk or X @aibulk_official, with your order number. All support handles are lowercase.
API and bulk purchasing
How do I get API access?
Generate an API key in the account center after registering; no review needed. See Wholesale and the developer page.
Are API prices the same as the website?
Yes. At the same level, the web, the REST API and MCP charge exactly the same unit price.
Can I activate for my customers?
Yes. Submit a code from your own order together with the customer's account details through the server-side redemption endpoint; the customer never visits any page. See the full API reference.
Is there a test environment?
There is a test product, prod_api_order_test, with a real 0.01 USDT charge that exercises ordering, code retrieval, idempotency and webhooks. Its codes carry no benefits.
