Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to fulfil orders and keep accounts secure. We run no advertising and never sell data.

1. Data we collect

  • Account: registration email, a hashed password, login time and source IP. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
  • Orders: products, quantity, amount, payment status, delivered codes and the order access token for guest orders.
  • Redemption details: the minimum needed to activate a subscription, such as an account email, Claude Organization ID, Telegram username, X handle, or a ChatGPT / Grok login session. Sensitive values such as sessions are encrypted at rest and used only for that activation.
  • Technical data: request IP and User-Agent for rate limiting, abuse prevention and security audits. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for human verification.
  • Browser-local data: language and theme preferences and guest order tokens are stored in your browser and never uploaded.

2. How we use it

Processing and delivering orders, activating subscriptions, sending email verification codes, preventing fraud and abuse, providing support and improving the service. Nothing is used for ad targeting.

3. Who we share it with

  • Fulfilment providers: subscription activation is carried out by the provider for that product; we pass only the account details that product requires, never your AIBulk account data.
  • Payment service: the checkout page is hosted by a payment provider that receives only the order number, amount and currency, not your email or redemption details.
  • Infrastructure: the site and data are hosted on Cloudflare; verification emails are sent through a third-party email service.
  • Legal requests: necessary information may be disclosed when required by law or a competent authority.

4. Cookies

One HttpOnly session cookie keeps you logged in. There are no third-party tracking cookies.

5. Retention

Order and transaction records are kept for support and reconciliation while your account exists. Sensitive redemption data such as sessions is not used after the activation completes. You can change your email in the account center; contact support to close the account or delete data.

6. Your rights

You can view your orders and transactions at any time, correct account details, or ask us to delete data we no longer need. Contact Telegram @aibulk or X @aibulk_official.

7. API and webhooks

For API orders we log the API key prefix, request ID and request origin for rate limiting and troubleshooting. A webhook URL you configure is used only to push order events to you, and the payloads carry no personal data beyond redemption details.
